We can help.

C.A.R.E.S. ensures that tenants and prospective tenants receive the accommodations and modifications they need to live comfortably and independently.

With more than 2,000 requests successfully handled, we have extensive experience helping individuals just like you navigate the process with confidence.

Our services are always free for tenants, prospective tenants, and their families. Even if you're unsure if you have a disability-related need, we will help you at no charge.

While you may be responsible for certain costs related to reasonable modifications, we’ll clearly explain what you are—and are not—required to pay. Our goal is to ensure you receive the support you need without paying a dollar more than necessary.

C.A.R.E.S. works with property owners in a collaborative, non-adversarial manner. Having C.A.R.E.S. represent you will ensure property owners give you the empathy and respect you deserve.

Below are examples of how we have helped tenants just like you.

If you have a physical or mental health disability that makes parking difficult, we can help you get a space reserved for your exclusive use.

If your disability impacts your income or you receive disability-related income, we can help you secure a rent due date change that aligns with your disability-related income payment.

We’ve supported individuals with a wide range of disabilities—including mobility impairments, vision and hearing loss, chronic illnesses, cognitive disabilities, neurodivergence, and mental health disabilities. And because we’re also seasoned multifamily operators, we speak the same language as your property manager or landlord—helping you communicate your needs clearly, confidently, and effectively.

Contact us today for free support with reasonable accommodation or modification requests. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

**Please do not submit any private information, medical diagnostic information, or medical records. Once we have a general sense of what you need, we will inform you on the type of verification your landlord can require. We do not need your disability diagnosis.
